Not even going to pretend like there's an outright 'best' trinket and I'd be here all day if I tried to list my most-used trinkets. It's a great filler when you're still generating your trinkets (typically in lower level areas where you'll only really lose a few points from healing and can save lots of money through reduced food needs). Unless we're talking massive health returns, the reduced healing is insignificant and partially off-set by the target having +10% max health.

Bloodthirst ring is much better if you ask me. I assume you mean the fasting seal? +5 Dodge is not even worth thinking about and most runs will not involve starvation.

More dodge points and less food consumed are too good to pass up.
